Self expression & discussions with others on subjects such as General Education (what’s taught in public schools), Scientific Education (not necessarily part of public school curriculum) with emphasis on environmental subjects and wetlands, Community Involvement and Volunteerism, and so forth.

 

These subjects are at the forefront of my mind at present and I feel the need to learn more about them, express the progress of my learning in these areas, and hopefully generate discussions with others.

 

My first post is this very general statement of purpose. My interests are quite broad and I will be writing about any subjects that interests me. But the main motivation for beginning this blog is to express my ideas about education and hopefully generate interest and discussion on subjects important to me and that I think are important in general.
